Information about the flight:
The flight takes about one hour, but you must plan 3 to 4 hours for the activity because you need time for the inflation of the hot air balloon, the take-off, the flight, the landing, the deflation and the return trip to the take-off point.
Conditions
- Limit of one (1) certificate per transaction
- No cash value and cannot be cumulated
- Possibility to buy additional certificates to offer as a gift

- If you have to cancel your flight, you need to do it minimum 48 hours before the flight
Flight confirmation:
Your confirmation flight and the meeting point will be given to you on your flight confirmation phone call a few hours before your take-off.
If you booked a morning flight, you will receive your confirmation call the night before around 8 pm.
If you booked an evening or night flight, you will receive your confirmation call around 2 pm the same day.
