Terms of Use

• Valid at all times

• Purchase of the certificate does not guarantee the start and end dates of the project; these must be discussed directly with the merchant

• Additional purchases: billed at the regular rate, to be confirmed with the merchant

• Limit: 5 certificates per transaction

Cancellation Policy

• Once the booking is confirmed, it may be cancelled (MERCHANT POLICY)

• After this period or in the event of a no-show, the certificate will be considered used and will lose all value

General Conditions

• Certificates are non-transferable and non-refundable

• Cannot be combined with other promotions or certificates

Operational Details

When a certificate is purchased:

• The customer automatically receives their PDF certificate by email

• A copy is sent to the merchant
