From the first class, you’ll learn the basis of personal defense automatic reflexes, standing or ground combat, how to fall without hurting yourself and all the other sides of this Olympic sport. At Judo Rive-Sud, each class allows you to surpass yourself and learn a very effective martial art.

With more that 25 years of experience, the founder of the school, Robin Tremblay, is a judo, karate and jiu-jitsu black belt and is level 3 of the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP). Veteran and active police officer, his mission is to make judo and self-defense available to all and form a bound between the students of his area to establish a family of passionate judokas.
